Russell Banks

For the last 35 years, Russell has called Lenoir, NC home. He's raised three kids in Lenoir and been a good neighbor, all while running his State Farm office. From volunteering with Caldwell Friends to supporting the Lenoir Fire Department's fire safety week to volunteering as a coach for the Lenoir Little League, he has truly become a neighbor to many in the community.
